Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you ship to? We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states), Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not ship to U.S. overseas territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
- How long does it take to process my order? We generally process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- How long will it take for my package to arrive once shipped? Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days for all destinations we serve, including Hawaii and Alaska. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, weather, or peak seasons.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $70.00 USD and above (after discounts and before tax).
- A flat shipping fee of $8.00 USD applies to orders under $70.00 USD.
- Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees? Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by U.S. Customs upon arrival are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown at checkout.
- How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within three business days after placing your order, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy? You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details and conditions.
- Which items cannot be returned? The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel and undergarments once removed from their original hygienic packaging
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration, or returned without original packaging and tags
- Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- Can I exchange an item? We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. Exchanged items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns (unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact). Please email us at service@feizheliving.com with your order number and exchange request.
- Where do I send my return? All returns and exchanges must be sent to: Nantong Dongdi Textile Co., Ltd. No. 3928, Jintong Avenue, Xingren Town, Tongzhou District, Nantong, Jiangsu, China
- How long does it take to get my refund? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original PayPal payment method.
Orders & Payment
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) using PayPal’s guest checkout option.
- What currency are your prices in? All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). PayPal will handle any currency conversion if you are shopping from outside the United States.
- Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us at service@feizheliving.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
- Will I be charged sales tax? Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
Product & Sizing
- How do I find the right size? Each product page includes a size guide. If you need assistance, please email us at service@feizheliving.com.
- Will the colors I see on screen match the actual product? We make reasonable efforts to display colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays.
- Product Care We recommend washing our homewear in cold water with similar colors. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on low or air dry. Please follow any specific care instructions provided on the product page.
My Account & Privacy
- Do I need to create an account to place an order? No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to view your order history more easily.
- Is my personal information safe? Our website uses SSL encryption. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your full payment details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
