Refund Policy

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for return processing.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- No signs of use, stains, odors, or alterations
- Original packaging, tags, and labels included and intact
All returned items are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Intimate apparel and undergarments once opened or removed from original packaging
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage
- Items without original packaging or missing tags
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color variations of the same product, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
If the requested item is unavailable, the request will be processed as a return and refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking is required for all return shipments. The seller is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking or restocking fees on eligible returns. You will receive a full refund for the product price (minus the original shipping cost if applicable).

Return Procedure
- Submit return request with order number via email
- Receive return authorization before shipment
- Ship item with original packaging and tags
- Provide tracking number after shipment
Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of returned items.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing time by payment providers or banks may vary.
Rejected returns are not eligible for refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Supporting photo evidence is required.
If confirmed, replacement or refund will be issued. Return shipping costs for confirmed cases are covered by the seller.
