Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, including:

The contiguous United States (48 states)
Alaska
Hawaii

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Nantong, Jiangsu, China.

At this time, we do not ship to:

U.S. overseas territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
P.O. Boxes
International destinations outside the United States

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) is:

7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on factors such as carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Fees

We offer the following shipping rates:

Free standard shipping on orders over $70.00 USD (after discounts, before tax)
A flat shipping fee of $8.00 USD applies to orders under $70.00 USD

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Taxes & Customs

Applicable sales tax may be charged based on your shipping address and local regulations.

For international shipments from China, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees (if applicable) are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
